Bubblegum Postcard
Bubblegum Postcard is a shared digital canvas for circle fun. When you visit the Bubblegum Postcard website and draw a circle, it is shared among other people who have the same browser window open.
The piece was part of the ArtPrize Urban Transformations interactive projection show and was projected on the Fifth Third Bank building in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. People could draw circles and participate together from anywhere, be it on a mobile device right by the building or on a laptop half a world away.
This project is open source.
All code for this piece is here.
It uses processing.js and websockets.
